How it works

After a short set-up before your first job, the Practical Implementation Guide takes you through a job in four stages: quote and acceptance; during the job, including variations, delays and invoices; completion and handover; and what to do if you are not paid. The Annotated Working Copies contain guidance for your own reference. Complete the corresponding Clean Copies for issue to your client.
