Peak - by Ridge Knits

Peak is an oversized shawl that you can wear every day or pack it with you for those chilly mountain adventures. In either situation, this shawl will wrap you up in an oversized hug. The shawl features alternating garter stitch and zig zag cable sections. The garter stitch sections provide simple and squishy texture while the twisted stitches highlight the geometric shape of the zig zag cables.

Peak is knit from top down and has instructions for the cables in both chart and written form.

Sizing:

One Oversized Shawl

Finished Measurements after blocking:
80” wide by 30” long


Yarn:

1100 yards of worsted weight yarn
 (shown in Topsy Farms “olive green”)

Gauge:

16 sts = 4” in garter stitch

Suggested Needles:

US #8 / 5 mm (or as required to meet gauge)
Notions: stitch markers, cable needle, darning needle
