This is a collection of Daniel Zimmermann’s original short stories. Included are inspiring Christian tales, presentation of interesting experiences of the author, imaginative allegorical tales, appealing legends, confidence inspired by a God-fearing patriarch, etc. The devil appears in some of these stories, but his evil plans are always frustrated. Some stories feature an inanimate object, such as a diamond, that seem to be endowed with supernatural powers. In another story, a scientist finds the tree of life and lives forever. Other stories feature Noah’s ark, the tower of Babel, Mizraim, Quaoar, courtship and marriage, Adolph Hitler, peace on Christmas Eve, a sinister violinist and a Satanic cult, a wild west story, an intrepid mountain climber, a merciful vampire, a very unusual Superbowl game, a tale inspired by Hermann of New Ulm in Minnesota, a compassionate daughter of the Lorelei, a tale base on a legend in the Mexican city of Campeche, a proud pig, Homer and Nausicaa, etc.

In another article, the author presents some of his poems and presents background information on them. He also explains the guidelines that he follows while writing poetry.
