This is a 6 week intermediate program designed to give you structure to get faster in the 5K. It consists of 1 Interval session, 1 Threshold session and 1 Long run as the main sessions each week. The final week is a taper to help reduce fatigue while maintaining fitness ready to destroy that 5K. If you’re currently running under 25 minutes for the 5K this program is for you!
