One shared lead log for your whole team. Agents pick the status from a dropdown after every call or WhatsApp. The workbook turns those statuses into confirmation rate, delivery rate, revenue delivered and commission for each agent, for any period you choose.

What's inside

• Lead Log for 1,000 orders: date, order ID, customer, phone, city, product, quantity, agent, attempts, confirmation status, shipping status, refusal reason, notes. Order value calculates from your price list.
• Agent Dashboard: leads, valid leads, confirmed, cancelled, fake/duplicate, open leads to call, confirmation rate, delivered, returned, in transit, delivery rate, revenue delivered and commission, per agent and in total. Set From/To dates and everything recalculates.
• Commission calculator: pay per confirmed order, pay per delivered order, plus an optional fixed base per agent. Set any of them to 0.
• Daily Summary: 31 days of leads, confirmations, deliveries and rates.
• Refusal Reasons: returns by reason, so you can fix the ad, page or script behind the top ones.
• Settings: your currency, up to 15 agents, 40 products and your own refusal reasons.
