The Crucifixion Made Simple

It is finished. His death. Our life.

Three words from a Roman cross changed the world forever. The Crucifixion Made Simple walks you slowly through the final hours of Jesus Christ — the road to Calvary, the scourging and the crown of thorns, the walk to the skull, the nailing, the supernatural darkness, and the seven sayings He spoke from the cross, each one purchased with a push upward on the nails.

You will see what He bore there — your sin, your curse, the wrath you deserved — and what His death accomplished: forgiveness, redemption, reconciliation, justification, sanctification, victory over Satan, peace, and open access to God. You will meet the thief who was saved in an afternoon, the centurion who confessed at the foot of the cross, and the torn veil that opened heaven's door.

Explicitly Trinitarian: God the Father, who sent His Son and forsook Him in our place; Jesus Christ, the Son of God and Son of Man, our Lord and Savior, who laid down His life willingly; and the Holy Spirit, who convicts hearts and applies the finished work. Prayer to the Father, through Jesus Christ, by the Holy Spirit. Change through the Holy Spirit's power, never human willpower alone.

Scripture leads on every page — no man's opinion, no pop psychology, only God's Word. The book ends where every reader must end: at the foot of the cross, deciding how to respond. Includes a closing prayer of salvation for the reader who is ready to come to Christ today.

His death. Our life. Forever.
