How the install works
- Share your business info. After purchase, reply to the email with your services, prices, hours, FAQs and the details you want collected.
- We configure it. Website chat is what the live demo shows. WhatsApp needs setup on your WhatsApp Business / Cloud API number, and we'll explain what access that requires before starting.
- Review and test. You try typical customer questions and tell us anything to fix.
- Go live. You approve it before it talks to real customers.
Ongoing costs
No monthly SteelRung fee for the basic install. WhatsApp or hosting costs, if any, are explained before you pay.
