Vegan Squad Coach Samara's Holistic Vegan High Protein Vegan Recipes
This high protein, holistic vegan recipe book is a small highlight of my personal designs throughout the years. In my 15 years as a whole food vegan, I have made substantial progress in terms of improving my health and wellbeing from the inside out. This steamed from years of learning and re-learning, teaching myself how to nourish and fuel my body. I started as a Raw Whole Food Vegan in 2012 and after a few years I needed to transition to cooked foods to incorporate more protein as I built my hourglass shape and muscle foundation for my physique.
As someone who does not enjoy being in the kitchen, I knew I had to master easy, delicious recipes that were macro friendly and inspired by dishes I loved as to not sacrifice flavor and to be sustainable in my lifestyle. This led to several years of experimenting in the kitchen and mastering vegan cooking that achieved that criteria.
I created this short recipe book for our Vegan Squad Community to show our members how to make easy, delicious whole food vegan meals that also reduce inflammation and are high in protein for muscle building and muscle maintenance. This is just a sample of the 100's of recipes I've designed over the years for myself and for my 1:1 coaching clients.
