This sock is a fun and easy way to add a little bit of sporty fun to your socks. You could use 3 different colors for the stripes or have them all match. Knit in a broken rib pattern, they are a great addition to any sock drawer. You can make them your team colors, or add a holiday touch, just have fun knitting some fun striped socks. This is a top-down sock with a traditional heel flap and gusset. It is worked using magic loop; needle 1 will be the front of foot/instep/leg, and needle 2 will be the back of foot/leg and heel. Sized from child to large adult these are perfect socks for the whole family.
Sample knit size 4 with Legacy Fiber Artz Steel Toes ‘Home Alone’ 54g for MC and Coates and Co Autumn Tonal mini 13g for CC. Stripe variation knit size 3 with Emma’s Yarns Practically Perfect Halves. CC is ‘Stiletto’ 19g, MC1 is ‘Christmas Sprinkles’ 28g and MC2 is ‘Sea Me Now’ 24g.
