In this phase the fCMO prompts and guides you via live chat or scheduled video consultation on what needs to be automated.


From customer service messages to the marketplace platform of choice. We will review areas that will be automated to save you time and earn you the potential for sales without actively promoting your business.

Execution

In this phase you and the fCMO will decide if your business is ready for marketing campaigns with media outlets while maintaining your own sales campaigns.


If the fCMO approves your business' readiness for external marketing campaigns, you will be put on the TBMOi roster for media interviews and sponsored marketing campaigns.

    No. Depending on what tier of the initiative you choose you will only gain more access to the Head Fractional CMO of The Big Micro Obsession initiative and their resources for placement.

  • Do you only focus on marketing?

    Marketing and PR goals. While their are operational standards that need to be addressed in your business along the way, our main focus is marketing & PR to ensure you can scale to a small business.

  • Who is this for?

    This initiative was created for new businesses making less than $50,000 per year (micro business). While we are determining who to work with for media campaigns, any product-based business can use our resources and plan their marketing.

  • What can I expect?

    Again, depending on which tier you participate in, it varies. Our overall goal is to ensure your business/brand is presentable and ready to be marketed.
