The Effective Workplace Trainer
The Effective Workplace Trainer - An Introduction to Basic Communication Skills and Training Principles
Employees responsible for training new hires hold a crucial role in their organization. Many however do not possess advanced degrees or formal education in adult learning theory. This PowerPoint presentation has been specifically designed to help “everyday” workplace trainers to better understand, connect with, and engage the employees they train. It is perfectly suited to delivering a half-day train-the-trainer in-house workshop. The 95-slide presentation is beautifully designed with five distinctive chapter layouts. The colour theme is easily modified within PowerPoint to match any company’s branding.
The presentation is based on the printed guides of the same name available for purchase through www.mediaweave.ca/training. There you will find a link for both the Workshop Facilitator and Participant
versions of the guide. If you have not yet purchased the facilitator version of the guide, please note that it contains a discount code for 20% off this PowerPoint presentation.
