Volleyball Recruiting Organizer

Every school, every coach, every email, and the date you last heard anything, in one sheet. Recruiting is lost by going quiet, not by writing a bad email.

INSIDE

Days since last contact, calculated for you, because nobody can hold twenty schools in their head across eighteen months

School list with division, academics and fit. Every coach and their contact details

A contact log with what was sent and when, and what came back

Camps and showcases, film sent, and where each school stands

No contact dates or rules printed in it, because they change every year and last year's dates are worse than none. It points you at ncaa.org, the NAIA, njcaa.org and your club's recruiting coordinator

Works in Google Sheets, which is free, or Excel. The download has both, plus a short PDF guide

HOW IT IS DELIVERED

One .xlsx workbook, which opens in Excel and imports into Google Sheets, plus the setup guide as a PDF in US Letter and A4. Instant download, nothing to install, no subscription.
