Paycheck Budget Spreadsheet – Biweekly, Weekly & Monthly Budget Planner for Excel and Google Sheets (Bills by Paycheck, Sinking Funds)
Stop running out of money before payday.
Monthly budgets don't work when you're paid every week or every two weeks. This planner budgets each paycheck: you see which check pays rent, which pays the car insurance, and exactly what's left to spend from every check — before you spend it.
🎉 Launch offer: -30% with code PAYCHECK30 (until November 30).
What it does for you
- ✅ Bills auto-assigned to the right paycheck. Enter the due day once; the planner puts each bill on the check that arrives before it's due.
- ✅ Your paydays, calculated. Pick weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly or monthly + one recent payday. 3-paycheck months are handled.
- ✅ No more surprise expenses. Sinking funds (Christmas, car repairs, vacation) are split into a small amount per paycheck.
- ✅ Every dollar gets a job. Zero-based plan per check: "Left to budget" goes to $0.
- ✅ See where it really went. Log spending; each line is matched to its paycheck → planned vs actual, 50/30/20 split and a chart.
Who it's for
People paid weekly or biweekly, beginners who want a budget that "just works", couples sharing bills, anyone tired of overdrafts 2 days before payday.
