Like so many others. The pandemic created a major pause and pivot in my life. I don't blog as often and instead decided to focus my attention on starting my own learning design company and continuing the work of Finding My Happy. I had an honest coversation about what I wanted my life to look like and how to become intentional about getting there.

In 2015, I got the courage to start the blog Janet Michelle dot com – a safe digital space. However, through the years, I realized that I didn’t want a place just for me as blogs tend to be focused on an individuals journey. I wanted to share the space with others. So here we are. Thriving and evolving. As the platform grows, so will the voices and stories of many other women. I firmly believe that controlling our narratives by telling our stories our way is very important, especially in todays climate.

Although I have made a slight pivot, I’m still open to women telling their truth, sharing their wins and lessons on the platform. If that’s you, slide on over to the Guest Contributors Page and submit your information. I would love to hear from you.
