The aim of this workbook is to guide you through ‘Developing Your Idea’. This is the stage at which you’re thinking about how you can use your experience in a way that helps others; to take what you’ve learnt and pay it forward.

For you, this could be an idea for a business, a community group, something you create and sell. It might be that you see a gap; something that’s missing, and you know you have the ability to fill it.

It’s about taking your experience, your skills, your challenges and your pain, and turning them into a force for good. It’s about putting out your hand and pulling someone across the bridge.
