These are made for expectant mothers looking for personal empowerment as well as doulas (or others involved in the birthing process) who'd like to have unique birth affirmations available for their clients.

HOW TO ACCESS YOUR FILES:

STEP 1: Add to cart and purchase the listing.

STEP 2: You will automatically receive a PDF document containing the links to your files.

STEP 3: Once you download your files, open them and print on an 8.5"x11" paper of your choice.

If not printing at home, you can use an office supply store, your local print shop, or an online printing shop.
