Once you have that installed, you can simply click the download link in your purchase email and select which app you'd like your phone/tablet to open the PDF file with.
Once you've installed your desired app to open the PDF file, you will find a setting to make the file 'available offline'. This means you can open the book without any internet connection. You will require a solid internet connection the first time you open and download the book (it's a big file!).
If you want to, but I don't recommend it. These files are LARGE with many hundreds of pages, and they are not designed to be printed, so you may find some content is chopped off the edge. I like paper too, but this is best saved for your digital devices - plus it won't take up any room in your luggage!
