🔒 Client-safe sharing (important)

• Share one page per client: Client Portal Page (Share with Client)
• Use filtered views so clients only see their items
• Keep your master workspace private

🗓 Suggested weekly routine (10 minutes)

• Tasks — Due Soon: assign owners + due dates, clear overdue items
• Projects — Active: confirm priorities + next milestone
• Meetings — Upcoming: add agendas + action items
• Deliverables: move Draft → Sent → Approved and attach links/files

Common issues + quick fixes

• Widgets look empty: confirm each dashboard table is linked to the correct database (Source)
• Client can see other clients: you shared the master page — share only the Client Portal Page
• Items not showing under a client/project: set the related Client / Project fields in the record
• Due Soon not sorting right: sort by Due Date ↑ and filter out Done/Completed
• New items open full page: View settings → Layout → “Open pages in” → choose Side peek (optional)
