Do you have students that come from a copy-paste culture? Are they aware of what constitutes plagiarism? Do they need to know how to properly cite and reference other people's work within their essays and assignments?
This is the first in a series of plans that we will be releasing for EAP (English for Academic Purposes) teachers and students.
This first one is to help students understand what constitutes plagiarism, what causes it and what the consequences may be.
Students work through a range of dynamic and interactive activities to help them better understand the problems and issues caused by plagiarism.
You can see example materials here: Plagiarism Awareness
