Handwriting and Structure: Weeks 17–24 is an eight-week paired-text resource that connects handwriting, grammar, sentence construction, poetry, and personal narrative writing.

Students explore the same topic across two consecutive weeks. The first week introduces the topic through an original poem, while the second week develops the topic through a first-person personal narrative. This paired structure allows students to compare how ideas can be expressed through different genres while continuing to strengthen foundational writing skills.
