Made for small apparel sellers using DTF transfers and a heat press. Enter quantities, blank garment costs, front/back transfers, labor time, packaging, spoilage, setup, shipping, overhead and selling fees. Choose a target profit margin to calculate a suggested pretax order price.

WHAT YOU GET

One ZIP containing two Excel workbooks (blank template and fictional example), a sample customer quote PDF, getting-started instructions, a walkthrough and license/help file. Each workbook has Price an order, Customer quote and Quick start sheets. No physical item is shipped.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Extract the ZIP and open the example in Windows desktop Excel.

2. Save a copy of the blank workbook and enter your costs in the yellow cells.

3. Review the price, add customer details and print only the Customer quote sheet to PDF. Keep your internal cost workbook private.

CHECK BEFORE BUYING

Microsoft Excel is required and is not included. Tested in Windows desktop Excel; Google Sheets, Mac, mobile and older Excel editions are untested.

One averaged T-shirt combination and one averaged hoodie combination per order. Average size-dependent costs by quantity or use separate orders. The quote gives one combined order selling price, not separate selling prices for each garment type.

Tax is entered manually. Percentage selling fees use pretax sales. Formula cells are not locked: edit yellow inputs and keep a backup. No macros, automatic tax lookup or account connections. This is not an automated screen-printing price grid.

Results depend on the costs entered. Check your figures before issuing a quote; no profit or income is guaranteed.
