Digital Toolkit
Over the course of my years as a psychotherapist, I gained valuable information on what are the common issues most of my clients experience. I compiled ten of the most frequent topics, and created a VoiceOver from myself, Antonio Richey, and created transformative words to alleviate the vice over the mind with each topic.
This Digital toolkit is a resource to use that will speak life over (10) topics that we as people, tend to navigate through. The topics include:
- Survival - I've discovered that we are conditioned to survive, both practically and mentally in our upbringing. This chapter will unlock the Subconscious belief of Thriving.
- Depression & Loneliness - Too many times, we forget the need to feed the soul, the absence of it leads to a deep void. In this chapter, we dive into nurturing the soul.
- Relationships- From platonic, to intimate, to professional and social, we shed light here on parts of ourselves reflecting in each relationship we share.
- Poverty Mindset - There is a frequency of thinking to everything we think in our lives. Poverty has a frequency to it, this chapter creates space to shift into abundance. An abundance of money yes, but emotional wellness too.
- Impulsivity & Anger - Conditioned with the inability of releasing energy from the body, in this chapter I speak on channeling that energy, identifying the root cause and reactivity vs responding.
- Attitude - One of the most noticeable aspects we notice in another person. How is your attitude towards life ?
- Creativity - We are naturally creative beings, however there are blocks in this flow state. In this chapter we observe the blockages and ways to release them.
- Purpose - Why am I here ? Who am I? How can I increase my value? Your income is a direct reflection of the value you bring to the marketplace. One of the most easiest ways to generate your own personal economy is through your purpose.
- Overwhelm & Stress - When the body is overworked, both physically and emotionally, the nervous system goes into a state of stress. Is my cup too empty ? And if it is, what am I doing about it ?
- Taking Action - Creating a system of thinking and a system of action will transform your life, 1% better everyday. YOU decide the results of this toolkit with your ability to take action with the words that are given.
This toolkit is tailored from an experienced mental health therapist, created to support, ease and create new patterns of thinking for everyone who come across this tool.
