Deep Sleep Clinique

Using BrainWorking Recursive Therapy (BWRT) for a group online sleep trouble busting session.

I would like to invite you to attend an online Zoom session with me to help those of you with sleep difficulties. No-one needs to show up on video or audio, but to listen to some introductory information, tips, and to participate in some BrainWorking Recursive Therapy (BWRT) visualisation exercises to assist with various sleep difficulties, so that we can see how much better we can get your sleep!

As a background to this initiative, it is World Sleep Day on 15 March. I was interviewed recently by a journalist for a podcast about treatments for insomnia which will be released on many platforms from 12 March. I anticipate that with so many people in the world struggling with sleep difficulties and disorders that I may be flooded with requests for professional intervention (face-to-face or online), but my time for individual therapy with all who need it is rather limited due to my current workload. Hence, my motive has been to try to figure out a way to assist as many people as possible in a group online format.

I genuinely want to find the best ways to help people and groups of people as effectively and efficiently as possible.

This online session is the fruit of this labour!

Deep Sleep Clinique

Please join me for a live online sleep trouble busting session on Wednesday 24 September 2025 from 8 to 9pm (SA Time: GMT+2).

This is a unique one hour therapeutic intervention I have designed that employs BrainWorking Recursive Therapy (BWRT) techniques to reach as many people as possible. The goal is to help those who really struggle with insomnia (difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, returning to sleep when one needs more sleep etc) or have some negative associations with sleep (e.g., nightmares, feeling scared of something or negative physical sensations) that interrupt sleep.

Participants attend but do not share any personal information on video or audio, but can interact intermittently in the comment/chat box if they choose to, while they work on the particular sleeping difficulty they have been experiencing.

I give further psychoeducational information as an introduction in the session and then lead everyone through a therapeutic visualisation process to help them set the scene to improve their sleep difficulty as much as possible.

We end with some very helpful sleep tip visualisation exercises and some Q&A, followed by participants completing a confidential feedback form recording their experiences and benefits from the session.

There are forms provided with recommended simple homework exercises to use over the following 2 weeks to assist participants in creating a better quality sleep routine and experience going forward.

You are welcome to check out this information, share with others who you think would benefit from these sessions, register and benefit from the session.
