Tote Storage Rack Build Plans: All 15 Sizes

These are the same tote racks I build and sell, broken down step by step so you can build your own. Each tote hangs by its rim on two rungs, so you can slide any tote out without unstacking the others.

You get 4 plans covering 15 sizes, from a 2×2 that holds 4 totes up to a 4×6 that holds 24. There are 2-high, 4-high, 5-high and 6-high racks, each in multiple widths, and every rack is 30" deep.

Every size comes with its own materials list, color-coded cut list, board-by-board cutting plan and step-by-step diagrams. All you need is 2×4s, screws, a saw and a drill. The racks are built for 27-gallon Commander or HDX totes.
