1. Grant of License

FORTEX Studio (“Licensor”) grants you (“Licensee”) a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and incorporate the 3D assets (“Assets”) into your projects, subject to the terms below.

2. Permitted Uses

You are allowed to:

• Use the Assets in personal and commercial projects
• Modify, edit, and adapt the Assets
• Include the Assets in games, films, renders, simulations, and other media
• Distribute Assets as part of a larger work (e.g., a game, animation, or application)

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Assets as standalone files
• Include the Assets in asset packs, marketplaces, or libraries (free or paid)
• Claim the Assets as your own original work
• Use the Assets in a way that is unlawful, harmful, or misleading

4. Attribution (Optional but Appreciated)

Attribution is not required, but appreciated. If you choose to credit, use:

“3D Assets by FORTEX Studio”

5. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the original Assets remain with FORTEX Studio. This license grants usage rights only, not ownership.

6. No Warranty

The Assets are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. FORTEX Studio is not liable for any damages arising from their use.

7. Termination

This license is automatically terminated if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must cease use of the Assets.

8. Modifications of License

FORTEX Studio reserves the right to update this license for future releases. Previously downloaded Assets remain under the license version they were distributed with.
