This is a medium-light body beer that has a good balance between malt flavor and hop bitterness. Expect hop flavors of floral, pine, citrus and tropical fruits. This is our seasonal beer (holiday celebrator) brewed in the fall ahead of the brutal cold months. This pdf includes 3 of our favorite years (recipes).

Mash at 152°F and ferment at 54-64°F.
