Lettre Inachevée is not an album in the traditional sense, but a confession left unfinished, a letter never closed or sent.
It is born from sleepless nights, from memories that return unbidden, from consummated loves, and from absences that continue to speak in silence.
The songs move between coldwave and darkwave, with a strong electronic presence that never seeks excess, but accompanies the voice like a faithful shadow. Cold synths, essential rhythms, and suspended melodies construct an intimate and fragile emotional space, where each word weighs more than the sound itself.
The lyrics, inspired by the 19th-century poets maudits—particularly Baudelaire and Les Fleurs du Mal—filter these influences through a real life of romantic disappointments, depression, loss, and alienation. Nothing is romanticized: everything is transformed. Pain becomes language, memory becomes song.
Lettre Inachevée is a work that doesn't seek answers or offer consolation. It's the story of what remains when things end, when people leave, when words are no longer enough.
A work that lives in the shadows, designed for those who listen at night, for those who recognize beauty in melancholy and find refuge in the cracks.
This letter remains open.
And perhaps that's right.
