Teacher Appreciation Pack | Fill-In Thank-You Cards, Gift Tags & All About My Teacher, Tablet or Print | Farmhouse Boho | Digital Edition for GoodNotes

Say thank you to your child's teacher, digitally or on paper. This Farmhouse Boho edition comes in oat, dusty rose and mustard boho tones, with rainbow arches, linen and pampas. Kids can write, draw and color on the cards and surveys with a stylus. Then export a page as an image to email or text, or print it on cardstock and cut on the dashed lines. Tabs for Cards, Tags, About, Favorites, Week, Class Gift and Award. Inside:

- eight thank-you cards with original sayings and four write-a-note cards

- twelve teacher gift tags and twelve school staff tags

- an All About My Teacher questionnaire

- a My Favorite Things survey for teachers

- a Teacher Appreciation Week plan

- a class gift contribution tracker

- a Teacher of the Year award

Every page is landscape 4:3 (1366 × 1024) with clickable side tabs, a linked index, Prev / Index / Next buttons, a quick-notes area and PDF bookmarks. This is a digital file for tablets, and nothing ships. If you'd rather use paper, every page also prints at home on US Letter at 100% / Actual size.

How to import: Download the PDF from your Payhip download page and save it to the Files app (iPad) or your Downloads/Drive folder (Android). In GoodNotes, tap + (New) › Import and choose the file. It opens as a notebook with every tab and link ready to tap. In Notability, tap Import and pick the PDF from Files. On Android, open it in Xodo or another PDF app that supports handwriting. If tapping a link draws a mark instead of jumping, switch to read-only/view mode, or tap with your finger while stylus-only drawing is on.

No stylus required: kids can color and solve with a fingertip, and grown-ups can type with the text tool. A stylus is recommended for coloring and handwriting. Duplicate a page before kids start so you always keep a fresh copy.

For personal use only. Please do not resell, share, or redistribute the files.
