International photographer, Gretell Scott, takes us to the beautifully diverse country of Lebanon, from its Hezbollah controlled south to the Christian central highlands with Beruit in between.
 
"During our last days in Lebanon, we went to Tyre and Saida, two jewels. Tyre is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We went to Saida or Sydon. Before describing Saida, there was an important event. On our way south to Saida and Tyre from Beirut, the Hezbollah flags and banners lining the highway on both sides struck me. Their yellow flag contrasts with a green machine gun. I had an uneasy feeling and I just don’t know what to expect. We had no problem, despite this. Their presence of Shite influence is felt strongly. Even an advertisement for the University of Phoenicia, 40 minutes south of Beirut, displayed the flag of Iran..."
