Malted Milk Chocolate

Who knew two ingredients could pair so perfectly together? The robust nuttiness from the malted milk powder blended with the profound sweetness of the milk chocolate play off one another to create a highly addictive combination. With one bite, I am transported back to ‘Ice Cream Day’ at the end of each elementary school year. It was certainly one of my favorite days! I was obsessed with the sweet little cups full of melty malted chocolate ice cream eaten with the tiny wooden spoon. I always asked around if anybody wanted to donate their cup to my ice cream cause and the answer was always no. Alas, now I can make it as often as I have a craving! Do you remember the bliss?
