By purchasing this curated data, you will gain access to both the 'Top 5 List' of Atlanta's Peer Metros and a larger list of the 250 Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs) that are in closest proximity to Atlanta with respect to housing stability. This is a pay-what-you-want product. Peerness with Atlanta, or proximity to Atlanta, is represented by a distance score, which is based on straight-line geometric principles and the degree that MSAs show consistent proximity to Atlanta across measures.
