The Intarsia Top is knitted back and forth in garter stitch and from the bottom up. It is covered in abstract colourful shapes that are created using the intarsia technique. It has I-cord edges at the top as well as I-cord straps.
The front and the back are constructed the same way so you can decide which pattern you want to wear to the front or the back.

The top is designed to be worn with 6-12 cm / 2.5-4.75 inches positive ease. Measure your bust circumference to choose a suitable size.
Gauge:
22 stitches and 39 rows equals 10 x10 cm / 4 x 4 inches
in garter stitch, using 3.25 mm / US 3 needles and measured after washing and blocking.
Material:
You can either use two strands of fingering weight yarn held
together or one strand of DK yarn.
Yarn used in the sample:
Pascuali PUNO (70% organic cotton, 30% alpaca wool, 200m / 218yds per 50g) held double, in three different undyed colour shades (20, 24, 28) combined with three naturally dyed shades.
The shapes are perfect for using up leftover scraps from the stash.
