🌸 Exit Clause – Spring Retreat 🌸

We honour that life is ever-changing, and sometimes circumstances shift in ways we don’t expect. Should you need to step away from your journey with us, here’s how we lovingly hold that process:

If you cancel...

More than 30 days before the retreat: You’ll receive a full refund, minus a $100 energy exchange fee for admin and preparation already in motion.

Between 14–29 days before the retreat: You’ll receive 50% back, or you may transfer your place to a sister on the waitlist (if available).

Less than 14 days before the retreat: No refund is available, as everything has already been lovingly prepared for your arrival. If you find someone to take your place, we’ll do our best to support a smooth transfer.

In the case of the unexpected...

If the retreat is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (such as illness, weather disruptions, or venue closures), you’ll be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future gathering.

If you choose to leave early...

You are free to honour your needs at any time. Should you choose to exit the retreat early, no refunds will be issued, but we will hold space for you with respect and care. Please know you are always welcome in our circle, in your own timing.
