Instructor's Guide 4th ed Understanding Fiber Optics

This is the instructor's guide for the fourth (2002) edition of Understanding Fiber Optics. The original version distributed by Prentice-Hall included a CD-ROM, but this is only the printed content, which includes quiz answers, an overview for instructors, and some worked out problems and answers to thought questions. The software used for equations in the worked-out problems is no longer available, so some are scrambled, but I am distributing this PDF version for free in hope it will help readers. -- Jeff Hecht
