Greek Calligraphy — Vol V: The Soul of Kosmos
The fifth of 5 volumes in the Greek Calligraphy collection from Study Break House.
Vol V — The Soul of Kosmos explores 4 Greek concepts on beauty, world, harmony, and soul:
• Kallos (Κάλλος) — Beauty, what stirs the soul to recognition
• Kosmos (Κόσμος) — World / Order, the cosmos as ornament
• Harmonia (Ἁρμονία) — Harmony, the fitting-together of parts
• Psyche (Ψυχή) — Soul, the breath that animates a life
What's inside:
• Hero art: 16:9 gold-sculpture illustrations for each virtue
• Coloring pages: traceable hollow-letter calligraphy for hands-on learning
• Lessons: 3 pages per virtue — context, pronunciation, script's secret, stroke order, practice, closing blessing
• Polytonic Greek + transliteration + English in every entry
• Print-ready PDF, 14 pages, 8.5×11
Why this matters:
After Plato named the Cardinal Virtues and Aristotle outlined the heart and mind, the Greeks turned to the soul itself. Kallos is the Greek root of "calligraphy" itself — beauty in writing. Kosmos means "order" before it meant "universe." Psyche became our word for soul. These four words name what the virtues exist for.
