Frankie is a simple A-line skirt with a separate waistband, center back zipper and optional inseam pockets. Depending on fabric and embellishments it can be funky and casual or dressy enough to wear to the office. I would rate this pattern as intermediate. You will need to know how to insert a centered zipper and make an optional buttonhole. The skirt is gathered to fit the waistband.
