Turnaround

Delivered within 3 business days after your intake form is complete. The clock starts when I have all your answers. If anything is missing, I'll message you through Payhip.

What you need to provide

• Your trade, and your company name exactly as it should appear.
• Your hourly labor target and, if you have help, your helper cost per hour.
• Your monthly overhead (a rough total is fine) and how many jobs you usually do per month.
• Your profit margin goal, card fee percentage, cost per mile and materials markup. If you don't know some of these, say so and the template defaults stay in place, clearly marked.
• Up to 12 jobs you quote most, with typical hours, helpers and materials cost for each.
• Optional: your logo (PNG or JPG), brand hex codes, and the phone or website you want printed on the Price Menu.

Please don't send passwords, bank details or customer personal information. None of it is needed.

Revisions and refunds

• 1 free revision round within 14 days of delivery. Change any numbers, jobs or colors. Further changes after that are not included.
• Full refund if you cancel before I start your setup.
• If I can't deliver what's described here, you get a full refund.
• Once your custom file has been delivered, the sale is final, but the revision round still applies.
• License: for use in your own business. Please don't resell or share the file.

The numbers in your file come from what you send. I enter them and check the math, but I don't audit your costs or tell you what to charge. You stay in charge of your prices.
