Excellent book with English. Learning a new language is hard and requires dedication and lots of time. There are NO short cuts if you want to learn how to truly speak the language like you do your native tongue and not just parrot phrases. This book is an excellent starting point. You should have a good understanding of how to pronounce Hangul to adequately use this book. There are plenty of really good free Korean Language applications to learn proper pronunciations of the Korean alphabet, the most important being the vowels.
Find yourself a good native speaker at a Korean Church. They will probably invite you to their fellowship after the service for some really good Hankuk umshiek (Korean food). Have fun. You will make a friend for life.
