We start with a in-depth consultation / questionnaire so I can learn more about your current eating habits and specific goals so that I can design a custom plan specifically for your needs and goals!

• This package includes optional bi-weekly testing with the Inbody 270 whole body composition scale. This high tech scale will let us know your weight, body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, water weight, and basal metabolic rate. All results will be printed on a easy to read results sheet for you to keep each week. See bottom for an example results sheet. 

• The InBody Scale has been found to be 98% as accurate as a DEXA (Dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry) scan. One major benefit of the InBody Scale over a DEXA scan is that patients do not need to be subjected to any radiation.

• DESIGN NUTRITIONAL PLANS WITH POWER!
Based on a client's Basal Metabolic Rate, I can factor in TDEE to create a specific daily caloric intake and meal plan. No more guesswork in deciding how many calories you need  to take in!
