ChemXpert NI Softwash Surfactant 5L is a professional softwashing surfactant designed for use with sodium hypochlorite-based softwash solutions.

Formulated for professional exterior cleaning, our softwash surfactant helps improve cling, surface coverage and dwell time, allowing your softwash solution to remain on vertical and sloped surfaces for longer.

Ideal for roof cleaning, render cleaning, K-Rend cleaning, pebble dash, exterior walls, cladding and general softwashing applications.

Recommended Mixing Rate

Use 500ml of Softwash Surfactant per 25 litres of sodium hypochlorite.

Mixing guide:

5L Sodium Hypochlorite – 100ml Surfactant

10L Sodium Hypochlorite – 200ml Surfactant

20L Sodium Hypochlorite – 400ml Surfactant

25L Sodium Hypochlorite – 500ml Surfactant

At the recommended mixing rate, one 5 litre container can treat up to 250 litres of sodium hypochlorite.

Add the required amount of surfactant to your softwash solution and mix thoroughly before application.
