Easter Plant Hunt

Instead of hunting for chocolate eggs, make this Easter educational and hunt for plants instead! This educational Easter Plant Hunt will encourage children to look more closely at the wild plants growing around them. Each plant listed is accompanied by a photo to aid with identification as well as a short description of the plant.

Simply print out the page and take it with you on a walk in nature. Tick off each plant that you spot and find as many as you can. Maybe there can be a prize for the person who finds the most!

When you are finished you could continue the activity by going to the library and learning more about the plants you have found...
