Custom Exclusive Mesh Order Agreement

By purchasing a Custom Exclusive Mesh, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Custom Design Process

This purchase includes a custom mesh created specifically for you. The customer will work directly with Delure to develop the design based on the selected category (gown, dress, or lingerie). Communication will occur to discuss details, references, and design direction. You must provide picture inspiration for your mesh.

Scope & Skill Limitations

All custom requests must fall within the Delure’s current skillset and technical capabilities. If a requested concept exceeds reasonable scope or feasibility, adjustments may be required. The creator reserves the right to decline concepts that cannot be completed as requested.

Exclusivity

This mesh is created exclusively for the purchasing customer.

Timeline

Each custom order is estimated to take approximately 2 weeks from the time all design details are finalized and agreed upon. Complex designs or revision requests may extend the timeline.

Delivery Method

All completed files will be delivered electronically via email to the address provided at checkout.

Revision Policy

Reasonable minor adjustments may be included during the creation process. Major design changes after work has begun may require additional time or fees.

Digital Product Acknowledgment

Due to the custom nature of this product, all sales are final once work has begun.
