# 🔒 Shadowban Blocker

**What it is**

* It is not a cheat.

* It’s a `.exe` file that locally removes traces detected by Ricochet.

* We can also change your MAC address on request.

**Why are there Ricochet traces on your system?**

* You don’t have to cheat to be targeted: Ricochet can detect files “at random” as dangerous and lower your account’s *trust*, which can cause a shadowban.

**Protection — does it work 100%?**

* It helps a lot in most cases, but it’s not an absolute guarantee.

* If you receive many reports (e.g., spam/kill reports) you may still be banned depending on your account’s trust.

* Usually our customers can play for weeks before encountering another shadowban; the tool is mainly intended to break the shadowban *loop*.

**Important usage (to highlight)**

* ⚠️ **IMPORTANT:** run/open the program **every time** before joining the game — if you don’t open it before starting, you will NOT be protected.

**Support duration**

* We support the shadowban blocker for the entire duration of your purchased key.

**Does it work for all accounts?**

* It works best for the account you used to log in.

* We recommend playing with **one account**; switching accounts may work but is not guaranteed.

**Risk of permanent ban**

* They state they do not use methods that violate the Terms of Service; changing the MAC address is presented as legitimate and not a cause for ban (provider claim).

**Refund exceptions**

* No refund if we find suspicious activity on your PC or if you use third-party applications.
