Know which UGC payments and usage dates need your attention before your next brand follow-up.

For creators already managing paid brand deals. Keep agreed fees, partial payments, payment deadlines and recorded content usage terms together in a Microsoft Excel workbook.

A practical review, using the fictional examples in the gallery:

- A $200 deal with $75 received leaves a $125 recorded balance.

- A $300 deal with an explicit $0 receipt and a past payment date is flagged Overdue.

- An unrecorded receipt stays unknown instead of being treated as $0. The Overview shows how many receipts still need recording.

- A usage term ending on your review date is Due soon; an earlier end date is Expired. Perpetual terms do not need an invented expiry date.

Choose your review date and alert window, check Overview, then open the relevant deal or asset row and record your next action. Alerts are labels inside the workbook; they do not send email notifications or collect money.

Included: Overview, Deals and Rights worksheets, space for 60 deals and 120 content assets, a quick-start guide, and actual worksheet screenshots with clearly labelled fictional data. The buyer workbook starts empty.

Keep USD, EUR, GBP and KZT totals separate. The selected currency filters the financial summary; there is no exchange-rate conversion. Gross receipts are before processor fees, so they are not a net-profit figure.

US$9 one-time digital download. Microsoft Excel for Windows required. Google Sheets, Numbers and mobile compatibility have not been verified. No macros or external data connections.

Your own agreements determine payment terms and usage rights. This workbook records the information you enter; it does not monitor brand ads, enforce contracts or guarantee payment. The cover is a workflow illustration; the gallery shows the actual workbook.
