Emotion Awareness Wheel

As a counselor in training I have come across many emotion/feeling wheels that do not serve my clients in a way that truly identifies what they are experiencing. I have produced a simplified emotion awareness wheel with the intention that it will help those who struggle with identifying their feelings or just can't seem to find the right word to describe themselves. This is also a great way to connect deeper with children and youth who have these same struggles. Try it out!
