X & Y Shakes:

Pre shakes go on the clip BEFORE the clip you want to have shake. Make sure to ONLY adjust the rotate keyframes to fit the clip. Adjust the key frames by selecting both key frames and holding "alt" while dragging the LAST keyframe to fit the clip.

Zoom Transition

Pre zoom goes on the clip BEFORE the clip you want to transition to. Adjust the key frames by selecting both key frames and holding "alt" while dragging the LAST keyframe to fit the clip.

CC Ball Action

Make sure that the key frame for the whole clip. Adjust the key frames by selecting both key frames and holding "alt" while dragging the LAST keyframe to fit the clip.
