When listening to these recordings, make sure to listen to them when no one will disturb you and you can enjoy these relaxation exercises.


You can use these recordings in conjunction with any medical treatment. If you are under a doctor’s care or are known to have seizures, auditory ailments, or adverse psychological conditions, you should always consult your doctor. Never listen to these recordings in a moving vehicle.


Brain Waves

The Binaural Beats are created when each ear hears a different frequency from the other and a third sound is created by your mind from the difference. You must wear headphones or ear buds to hear these Binaural Beats in order to receive the full benefit of rewiring your brain at the root of your belief system. 20 minutes minimum per day is recommended.



Theta Waves help you reprogram your mood, your awareness, and in your ability to use your conscious mind to reprogram anything in your subconscious.
