The A3 details time wasted by employees while searching for hygienic eating venues during breaks, as well as the accompanying analysis, countermeasures and follow up that successfully addressed the problem.
In addition to productivity loss, it was important to address employee goodwill and relations. Thus, the versatility of A3 Thinking is demonstrated.
