Group 2: Cleaning Windows PCs

In this module, you'll learn how to:

• Clean a Windows PC.
• Remove antivirus software, which can never protect a PC and can only slow it down.
• Locate, disable, and remove the most common modern threat: Legalized spyware. (This includes Bloatware and Fake Cleaners.)
• Clean Chrome and Firefox, ridding them of Toolbars, Notification Attacks, Strong Password Attackers, and AI Attackers
• Rescue data that's been stolen by the OneDrive Scandal
• Clean a client's social media

This also includes a list of known legalized spyware for your reference, as well as a flier you can provide to new clients that summarizes your procedure and provides preventative tips.
