Eighteen plain-English letter templates in Word (.docx), which also open in Google Docs. Yellow brackets mark what you must fill in, such as the name of the person who has passed away and your capacity as executor.

The 18 letters:

- Bank or credit union: notify of death; request a balance and interest statement
